Article 1 – Object

These General Conditions of Sale govern all customer purchase orders of products and services realised by AMC ETEC company, located 37 Avenue des Arlucs, 06150 Cannes, owner of the website ecocontact.eu.

Article 2 – Price

The items prices are specified in Euro before tax, unless otherwise specification and excluding contribution to processing and shipping costs.
In case of orders to other countries than metropolitan France, you are the product(s) importer. Some customs duties, local taxes, import duties or State taxes may be required. AMC ETEC Company is not liable for these rights and amounts. It is up to you and it is your sole responsibility, in terms of declaration as well as payments to the competent authorities of your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.

The prices are subject to change at any time, but the products shall be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of recording the order and are subject to availability. The products remain the property until full AMC ETEC payment. Caution: as soon as you take physical possession of the ordered products, the loss or damage risks of the products are transferred to you.

The contractual information will be confirmed via e-mail before or when validating your order. AMC ETEC company reserves the right not to record a payment or not to confirm an order for whatever reason, in particular in case of supply problem or in case of difficulties related to the received order.

Article 4 – Order validation

Any order placed on the AMC ETEC Website ecocontact.eu entails the acceptance of these General Conditions of sales.
Any confirmed order implies unreserved acceptance of our general conditions of sale. All DATA provided and the recorded order confirmation will constitute the proof of the business transaction.
Upon receiving the order form, the personal data and the way of payment, we will send a pro-forma invoice as the receipt of the order.

Article 5 – Payment

The order approval entails the obligation to pay the indicated price.
The payment of your purchases is made via Paypal secured system (with an account or a credit card) or by credit transfer (the order is sent as soon as your payment is received).

Article 6 – Availability

Our products are valid as long as they are visible on ecocontact.eu website, and whilst stocks last. For products not stored in our warehouses, our offers are valid subject to the availability from our suppliers.
If the product ordered is unavailable, you will be sent a notification by e-mail. . Your order will be cancelled and no payment will be taken from your credit card.

Article 7 – Delivery

The products are delivered by Chronopost or DHL to the delivery address listed when ordering, and according to the time limit indicated on the order confirmation page. However, AMC ETEC will not be responsible for possible delays due to carriers.

Article 8 – Responsibility

The available products are in compliance with the French legislation in force. AMC ETEC’s responsibility could not be engaged in case of non-respect of the law in the country where the products are delivered. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities the import possibilities or the using of items or services you intend to order.
Moreover, AMC ETEC will not be liable for any damage resulting from the misuse of the product bought.
And to finish , AMC ETEC ‘ s responsibility could not be engaged in case of the inconvenience and damage inherent to the use of the Internet network, namely service interruption, outside intrusion, or IT virus.

Article 9 – Applicable law in the event of dispute

The present conditions are subject to French law. In the event of dispute, the French courts will be only qualified.

Article 10 – Archiving Evidence

A copy of the purchase of the products and related services will be kept on line at a secure address by AMC ETEC in accordance with article 1348 of the Civil.
The computer records of the AMC ETEC company will be considered as proof of the communications, orders and payments between the parties.
